The Admissions Process

1. Request Information or Schedule a Tour

The first step is to request information to be sent to your home or schedule a time for a personalized tour of Bethany Academy. Click here to complete the form.

As we get to know each other, you can choose how you'd like to move forward.  It may be a attending chapel, taking a tour, coming to an Open House,  concert or worship night. Your student(s) are invited experience a day in the life of a Bethany Academy student by scheduling a Shadow Visit as well.

2. Application & Forms

After spending time getting to know Bethany Academy and praying for God's wisdom for the best school for your family, you will submit an online application. Our Admissions Director will help you get the records needed from your current school and walk with you through the process to complete all necessary forms for admission.

3. Family Interview

After you submit an application, a member of our admissions team will reach out to you to setup a family interview. At Bethany Academy, we desire a partnership with parents to work together to follow Deuteronomy 6:6-7 which states "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way and when lie down, and when you rise up." 

The family interview is our way of building a strong foundation for that partnership. Families meet with the Head of School and the Admissions Director to share their testimony of coming to faith in Jesus Christ. It is a time of discussion and deepening the relationship between the family and Bethany Academy.
